This supercharger / accessory drive system is designed for use with factory LSA and ZL1 engines, as well as GM LSA and ZL1 crate engines including e-rod versions. It can be used when adapting a GM LSA / ZL1 supercharger to a non-supercharged LS engine.

Supercharger systems vary widely, so this pulley system is only compatible with the engines / superchargers listed.  Compatible p/n's include:  19260164, 19331507, 19244095, 19300534, 19370850, 19416892, 19416893, 19369694, 19257460.

This kit requires the use of the stock style LSA / ZL1 throttle body.

This kit requires that the factory press-on supercharger pulley be removed and replaced with a 10 bolt supercharger pulley hub, PN L250150309, from Lingenfelter Performance. Lingenfelter Performance offers the service to install this hub on your snout if desired.

Interference Notes

We work very hard designing our products to avoid any clearance issues that can hinder installation. However, occasionally there are things beyond our control that may need to be modified to provide the necessary clearances to insure a successful installation.

Supercharger Model: GM LSA / ZL1 Supercharger

Clearance Issue: Interference between casting boss on supercharger and new supercharger pulley   Solution: Grind or otherwise remove the casting bosses shown in Figure 1 flush with the adjacent area.   Figure 2 shows the casting bosses ground for clearance. The best time to perform this procedure is when the supercharger snout is removed for flange installation, but it can be done with the supercharger in the car Make sure the supplied supercharger pulley clears the boss.

These kits fit non-VVT or VVT deleted LS series and other GM Gen 3 and Gen 4 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, and 6.2 engines including but not limited to LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS6, LS7, LS9, L99, LSA, LSX, Vortec 4800 models LR4, LY2, L20, Vortec 5300 models LM7, L59, LM4, L33, LH6, LY5, LC9, LMG, LH8, LH9, LMF, Vortec 6000 models LQ4, LQ9, L76, L98, LY6, LFA, L96, LZ1, LC8, L77, and Vortec 6200 models L92, L9H, and L94.

Additional Notes

• This kit will not work with engines equipped with VVT (variable valve timing).  VVT components can be removed with VVT delete kits available from Summit Racing, Brian Tooley Racing, etc.
• LS kits will work with most cable driven, LS1, LS2, LS3 and aftermarket throttle bodies
• Thermostat part number for this water pump is a GM #89018168.  (Common application:  2009-2013 Corvette 6.2L)
