Harrop LSA H2650I Supercharger

This accessory drive is intended solely for the Harrop H2650I LSA engine kit. This application guide facilitates selection and installation with the following Harrop H2650I LSA kit part number:

H2650I LSA Engine Kit for LSA engine variants:  99-AMFD14942

Throttle bodies known to be compatible with this supercharger are stock LSA, LS3, and Nick Williams 103mm SD103LS

Interference Notes

We work very hard designing our products to avoid any clearance issues that can hinder installation. However, occasionally there are things beyond our control that may need to be modified to provide the necessary clearances to insure a successful installation.

Supercharger Model: Harrop LSA H2650I, PN: 99-AMFD14942

Clearance Issue: The air inlet throttle body adapter that attaches to the supercharger housing may interfere with the Edelbrock water pump used on the Max10R kit. To determine if clearance is necessary, install the supercharger with isolator gaskets provided by Harrop and fully torque to spec. Attempt to install water pump.  If you feel the water pump hit the inlet as you are installing water pump bolts, clearancing will be necessary. Solution: 1. The water pump can be ground on the top rear corner to provide the small amount of clearance needed.   2. Grinding complete. We used a Scotch-Brite™ Green Corps abrasive disc for the small amount of material removal followed by a Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning disc for final blending.  3.  Water pump installed.  If you can slide a piece of paper in-between the air inlet and water pump, you have enough clearance for everything to bolt up and seal properly.

LS Chevy Engines

These kits fit non-VVT or VVT deleted LS series and other GM Gen 3 and Gen 4 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, 6.0, and 6.2 engines including but not limited to LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS6, LS7, LS9, L99, LSA, LSX, Vortec 4800 models LR4, LY2, L20, Vortec 5300 models LM7, L59, LM4, L33, LH6, LY5, LC9, LMG, LH8, LH9, LMF, Vortec 6000 models LQ4, LQ9, L76, L98, LY6, LFA, L96, LZ1, LC8, L77, and Vortec 6200 models L92, L9H, and L94.

Additional Notes

• This kit will not work with engines equipped with VVT (variable valve timing).  VVT components can be removed with VVT delete kits available from Summit Racing, Brian Tooley Racing, etc.
• LS kits will work with most cable driven, LS1, LS2, LS3 and aftermarket throttle bodies
• Thermostat part number for this water pump is a GM #89018168.  (Common application:  2009-2013 Corvette 6.2L)
